Alex Koch has been a member of the Health and Exercise Sciences faculty at Truman State University since the fall of 2000. He is an Associate Professor and teaches the following courses:
ES 270 Research Methods in Exercise Science
ES 334 Physiological Assessment
ES 345 Introduction to Exercise Physiology/Lab
ES 453 Applied Movement Analysis: Anaerobic Conditioning
ES 501 Advanced Exercise Physiology
His research interests focus on strength training and exercise and immune function. He has presented papers at national conferences of the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
