Early Bird Room Request
The Early Bird Request Form is available from November 9, 2009 until November 13, 2009. Between these dates, chartered dance organizations can submit an "early bird" request for the Pershing Dance Studio. Only campus organizations which are chartered as "dance organizations" with the Center for Student Involvement are eligible to submit an early bird request for the Dance Studio.
The following chartered dance organizations (as specified by the Center for Student Involvement) are eligible for the Spring 2010 Early Bird consideration period:
High Street Dancers
Illusion Danz Team
Showgirls
Society for Urban and Ethnic Dance Excellence
Society of Dance Arts
The University Society for Middle Eastern Dance
University Swingers

Early Bird Spring 2010 requests for the Dance Studio may be submitted via the Early Bird Pershing Reservation Room Request Form beginning November 9, 2009. |
All requests received from the organizations listed above between
9:00 am on November 9, 2009 and 4:00 pm on November 13, 2009, will
receive priority consideration in the scheduling of weekday (Monday
- Friday) recurring reservations. Using the preference
information you provide, the HES Office will schedule practice times
for each eligible organization. Any scheduling requests
received from the chartered dance organizations after November 13, 2009,
will be considered with the first-come, first-serve basis.
Please note that in order to accommodate all of the eligible early bird organizations, all practice times will be initially limited to 8 hours per week (Monday - Friday). Additional weekday, weekend, and one-time event requests will be accepted beginning November 16, 2009, by completing the regular Pershing Reservation Room Request Form.
